I ordered a cake from Flower Power Bakery. It was for my sister in a assisted living. It was delicious!! I'm from NC and thought it might be a hassle. Boy, was i wrong. The owner was so great and it was a easy process and she delivered it to the assisted living. The residents raved about how fresh and delicious it was. WE LOVE FLOUR POWER BAKERY! Michaela recently took on a massive order supplying a dessert bar for our wedding of over 150 people, and knocked it out of the park. Between delicious frosted cookies, brownies, rice krispy treats, macarons, and cupcakes, the guests were stoked to have many delicious options, and we have heard nothing but great feedback from the decorations and taste. She also made our wedding cake, which we have enjoyed the last week from home, and as people that dont typically enjoy cake, we are forever changed for the better. We will be ordering a do-over carrot cake with cream cheese frosting every year for our anniversary, and might just be cake people now! Knowing of Flour Power for some time now, we also constantly indulge in her seasonal treat boxes, know that the high-quality taste of her baked goods come from the love that she has of this craft, and will continue to order whenever we can to support this small business <3
We got a London fog macaron and a lemon curd fruit tart and they were excellent! Makayla is a master of her craft. We also ordered a red velvet cake from her for a graduation party and it was perfect! Highly recommend
Flour Power Bakery made our son’s 1st birthday party smash cake. We ordered a 4 inch, 2 layer cake that she molded into a baseball to match his theme. The cake was delicious! She did a wonderful job and I would recommend her to anyone! When I got home my dog accidentally jump on me coming through the door, knocking the cake around in the box (see the 2nd picture). I was devastated, but Michaela was willing to fix the cake for me which I was grateful for.
